My heart goes out to Flew's family today as their beloved family member has passed on. Today, I spent my day refining my "evidence for Christianity" pamphlet I often give away daily as evidence for Christianity. Instead of giving a Christian cartoon track, I have summarized the very best evidence in one sheet of paper back to back, (in size 10 font) because it is on my heart that people should know the very best evidence for Christ. Tonight, as my husband leaned over to show me an article in The Christian Post, that Antony Flew passed away, and I was shocked and rather sad, and a bit angry. I am a bit hurt that this man didn't acknowledge the evidence that he DID know. But worse off, he voiced his life time voyage out loud, leading many people to follow atheism. To think that this man didn't know all the evidence is rather silly, because he spent a life time mocking God, and went out of his way to prove God doesn't exist. In addition, not only did he know the evidence for Christ, but his father was a Methodist minister, and while studying for his undergraduate, Flew attended weekly meetings of C.S Lewis's Socratic Club. Flew found Lewis "by far the most powerful of Christian apologists for the sixty or more years following his founding of that club". (Read More.....)

Bill Wiese was placed in hell to proclaim that Hell really exists, as Jesus told him that many of his own people do not believe in Hell.   It is simply amazing to see so many Christians (of all people )who don't believe in Hell.  Like the worldly point of view, these Christians surely grab ahold of all the goodness Heaven holds, but completely reject the absoute terror the bible speaks about Hell because they simply don't want to believe there can be a place so terrible.  The simple fact is that when a Christian questions the reality of Hell in the bible, they are questioning the authority of the Bible and their savior Jesus in general.  Jesus Christ spoke more about hell than anyone in the bible.  Today more than ever people are clinging to religions with no concrete proof, becuase they do not want to be told that there is only one way to Heaven.  Sadly, the majority of Christians are a product of their churches teaching, and sadly the lie from the pits of hell are parilizing Christians from spreading the gospel.  So in some sense, if there is no hell, (as some Christians proclaim), then there is also no reason to reach out to people with the gospel.   (Read More.....)
