Your words:
“I find the comparison between Horus and Jesus to consist of the following: they were of royal descent, they allegedly worked miracles and there were murder plots against them.” Now that you’ve admitted to those parallels, are you willing to consider these…

“Claim #1-Horus and Jesus are born from a virgin.”
A fake penis cannot impregnate a woman. Many would also argue that insertion of items other than a male penis does not remove virginity. [Please don’t lower yourself to an argument about her hymen] Regardless, neither Horus nor Jesus was conceived through the process of a sperm meeting egg.

“Claim #2-Both Horus and Jesus were born to a Mary and Joseph. (Seb)”
It’s become quite apparent that names change throughout the Bible. Even Jesus Himself has several accepted names. To argue that names are different therefore, it must be false is just plain silly.
(BTW… Horus’s mother’s name was Isis-Meri. Isis is the goddess of motherhood, magic and fertility and Meri was a city in Israel)

“Claim #3-Both were born of royal descent.
This is accurate.”

Part of your Claim #4-“I have found that Horus was born in a swamp, which is a pretty unlikely place for shepherds. In addition Acharya mentions that Horus was born in a cave.”
You accept that Horus was born in a swamp or a cave then surely you accept that Jesus lay in a manger. Definition: Manger- A manger is a place where water is stored and usually is a depression in a rock. It’s very easy to see the resemblance given that translations transcend 3,000 years.

“Claim #5-Both were heralded by stars and angels.”
The Eastern Star is clearly mentioned in the story of Horus.

“Claim #6-Both had later visitors (Horus-3 deities and Jesus-3 wisemen.)”
If there is no indication that there ever were 3 wise men in the bible and no documentation that reflects 3 deities at the birth of Horus then this claim cancels itself.

That represents the first half of your claims so I’ll stop here for now.

Final Note:
You base your position on your inability to find contradictory proof. Your failure to find proof does not disprove anything. You as a Christian should know this since this is a Christian’s strongest argument regarding the existence of God. The parallels that you have admitted to coupled with the common sense deductions I have made are in themselves enough to win a copyright infringement claim in a court of law. Considering these stories were told about 3,000 years apart and take place in the same region, specifically Egypt and Israel by name; I fail to comprehend why you will not accept that the newer story originated from the older one. Good luck in all your endeavors and may your chosen God bless you.

Can you explain the following scriptures, below, as they regard to Amon, Seth, and Horus, sir? You do worship Jes-Us, don't you? It has always been about our Father's Spirit of truth that came out of Northern Africa, in the Beginning. Our Father said He would come with the Truth in the End, also. What makes me, a man who didn't no our Father, say what I say?

When they finish their testimony, the beast from out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom, and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

Revelation 11:7-8
