Most people don't realize this, but there is such a mountain of evidence for the Christian faith that it would take more than a lifetime to learn it all. For example, did you know that the ancient Hebrew name for God actually contains the message of the gospel of Jesus Christ? In paleo-Hebrew (the kind of Hebrew used before the Babylonian captivity), not only did each word convey a meaning, but each letter was a "word picture" that conveyed a meaning as well. Most people think of Christianity and Judaism as two completely different religions. But this was never intended to be the case. In fact, not only did all of the early apostles consider them to be one and the same thing, but Jesus Christ Himself stated that He was a fulfillment and a continuation of God's covenant. 
The majority of the people in the world believe in some sort of a god. But that doesn't make it true. Does God exist? Is He really there? If He does exist, which of the multitude of religions out there is the right one? In a world of logic, reason and science, why do millions of people still follow ancient religion that are thousands of years old? How can any faith compete with the collective knowledge and wisdom of modern society? Isn't it time to start demanding that religions either stand up to the rigors of intellectual investigation or be discarded in the name of progress? 
What does love mean to you? What about tolerance? What does that word mean to you? Does being loving and tolerant towards someone mean that you approve of everything that they do? Is it unloving and intolerant to speak out against the behavior of someone else and tell them that they need to change? Let's take a look at one example. 
Judging others has gotten so bad that it has almost become a national sport in America. Every day the media and the Internet are full of headlines about the latest failings of both celebrities and ordinary Americans. 
If you become a Christian, will that make your life easier? Will it help you to live your best life now? If you switch over to "God's team" won't He do everything that He can to fill up your life with happiness and riches? Does receiving Jesus Christ into your life make all of your problems go away? Those are really great questions, aren't they? 
If Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven, what happens to those people who never hear the gospel? Is God actively reaching out to them? What if there are some people that never do hear about Jesus? Have you ever heard questions like these when you talk to someone about Christ? They are actually some really great questions! 
What is the most persecuted religion in the world? Have you ever thought about this question? Most people are not aware that Christianity is the most persecuted religion in the entire world. It is illegal or severely restricted in 51 different countries. Fundamentalist Muslim nations, fanatical Hindu countries and hardline Communist regimes are not shy about their hatred for Christianity. Christians in the United States do not realize how easy they have had it. In many areas of the world following Christ means paying a very high price. Too often that price is the life of a Christian believer.
