Rebecca’s Recipe For Easy Homemade Unleavened Bread (Matzah)

 

Have my unleaven bread (matzah) baked for Passover today….what a wonderful week long celebration feast in remembering our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! Bread just like they had at the last supper!

Pre-heat oven with baking sheet in oven to 450 degrees…

One cup flour (just plain flour with no leaven in it), a dash of salt, 1 tsp of water at a time until it forms a bread dough.

Kneed it until smooth.  Make 3 -5 balls and roll them out with a roller pin.  Then place the dough on a hot baking sheet and bake about 2 min on each side. 

Remove from oven and brush with olive oil and salt and let them cool. 

They only take maybe 10-15 min to fix total and are really easy.
