We often think that the name of our Messiah can only be found in the New Testament. Did you know that His name is all over the Old Testament as well?

You can look up scriptures that deal with “The Word“, or “salvation” to find Yeshua in the OT.  In this post we reveal just the locations where the word “SALVATION” is found.

Strong’s H3444 word means “Salvation” is translated to “yĕshuw`ah”

Strong’s Number H3444 matches the Hebrew יְשׁוּעָה (yĕshuw`ah),which occurs 78 times in 77 verses in the Hebrew concordance of the KJV

In Psalms 9:14, David bursts forth, I will rejoice in thy salvation. What he actually said was “I will rejoice in (with) thy YESHUA (Jesus).”

In Isaiah 12:2, 3 see “SALVATION” mentioned three times. Here is how it should be read:

Behold, EL is my Yĕshuw`ah; I will trust, and not be afraid: for Yĕhovah is my strength and my song; he also is Yĕshuw`ah. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of Yĕshuw`ah.
