Here is another article that shows that the Jews are expecting their messiah to come and they are looking for sources outside of the scriptures to justify this “messiah”.
Sadly, they have rejected the countless scriptures that show the true Messiah had already come. There was over 300 prophecies that talked about Yeshua (Jesus), from the timing of his birth, to the way He would die. There was 400 some characteristics that He would have to fulfill that are told about in the scriptures.
Millions of Muslims are seeing dreams of a man who is dressed in a white robe claiming to be Jesus, and they are so profoundly effected that they turn to the bible and are converted. If a “messiah” came, he would have to die in such a way which is no longer practiced. Yeshua’s name is all over the torah, and even in all of the places that talk about the messianic prophecies in the bible codes. Yet, again, the Jewish people reject Yeshua, and still cling to anything that possibly could represent someone different.
Here is an example of that:
2,000 years ago, the Zohar, the foundational work of Jewish mysticism, predicted the appearance of a star with seven ‘stars’ orbiting it.
After forty days, when the pillar rises from earth to heaven in the eyes of the whole world and the Messiah has appeared, a star will rise up on the east, blazing in all colors, and seven other stars will surround that star. And they will wage war on it.
“Jewish sources say that this astrological phenomenon is a necessary part of the geula (redemption),” Ovadia said. He explained that if the star does not appear, then any claim that the Messiah has arrived will be rejected by Judaism. He pointed to an example: 400 years ago, Rabbi Yaakov Sasportes used the absence of a new star as an argument against Shabbetai Tzvi, a Jew who falsely claimed to be the Messiah.

Questions For Those “Still Looking”:
How would this future messiah’s linage be traced? The Messiah would be a descendant of David 2 Samuel 7:12-16 ( We are told through Matthew 1:1, Luke 1:32-33, Acts 15:15-16, Hebrews 1:5 how Yeshua’s linage was a fulfillment of this scripture)
Isaiah 7:14 -The Messiah would be born of a virgin– This is going to be a far reach for this “messiah” ! Yet, fulfulled with Yeshua. Matthew 1:22-23, Luke 1:31-35
Psalms 16:8-11 tells us that the Messiah would have to be resurrected. 500 people witnessed this with Yeshua.
Micah 5:2 The Messiah would be born in Bethlehem– Another next to impossible prophecy. This “messiah” would have to be born in a very particular place. Yet Yeshua fulfills this. Matthew 2:1-6 John 7:40-43
Zechariah 9:9 The Messiah would come riding on a colt- Who rides on a colt these days? Most people travel around in cars. Fulfilled with Yeshua. Matthew 21:1-7
Psalms 118:22-24 The Messiah would be the rejected cornerstone – We certainly see that in Yeshua’s day and today. 300 some prophecies, 400 some characteristics that perfectly fit Yeshua are STILL rejected. I feel sorry for those who just cannot SEE it.
Comments From The Article
Adrian Milton The Zohar isn’t from God, it’s kundulini Kabbalism, satanism in a jewish cloak. The Torah describes how your Messiah would arrive, what mode of transport He would use when entering Jerusalem and even the date, even where He was born. He still wants you to turn to Him today, before the counterfeit Messiah decieves you all
Dale Harris-Do not look for celestial signs, look rather into the face of God. The old testament prophesy has already been fulfilled under “the pre-Messianic star” of Bethlehem, when God’s word became flesh: lived, died and later revealed himself to John, who described him this way: His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and his eyes were like blazing fire, his feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters. In His right hand he held seven stars and out of his mouth came a sharp, double edged sword. His face was like the sun shining in all it’s brilliance. The mystery of the seven stars is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches … Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyratira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicia.
